Job Description:
- Create a comprehensive sales and business development plan to increase Sniper Digital's revenue.
- Incorporate active prospecting, lead qualification, meetings and customised proposals to demonstrate Sniper Digital's creative and design expertise.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, internal teams and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales process, lead generation, contract preparation, negotiation and closure while maintaining records of all sales activities and ensuring favourable contract terms.
- Work closely with Sniper Digital's creative team to transform client needs into creative design concepts, insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between client, creative team and production team; contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions, and work with the internal team to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Create sales forecasts and revenue projections, and deliver regular sales reports.
- Continuously engage in market research to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and potential opportunities.
- Act as a representative for Sniper Digital at industry events, trade shows, conferences to broaden network of potential clients and partners.
- Maintain organised documentations, proposals, quotations and client communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales or business development experience
- Experience with design or ad agency preferably but not required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
