Purpose and Scope
Assist Head of HSSE to manage and co-ordinate all security functions for operations, which include the following:
- Manage and lead security force to ensure security in the organization
- Plan, develop and implement the security plan and infrastructure for all entities under the organization
- Digitalization and using AI Technology where as applicable and necessary.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a team to manage security operations for all entities under the organization
- Identify security risks and conduct security review, as necessary
- Recommend solutions t to further enhance security
- Inculcate a security conscious workforce
- Provide professional direction to outsourced security service providers & officers
- Maintain close network with relevant authorities to facilitate security compliance
- Regular review of existing Security management plans in the organization
- Implement approved security management plans for all entities
- Train and supervise security officers
Major Challenges
- Identify and manage potential security risks for entities that are located at different parts of the organization
- Implement security measures that might impact on operations
Key Decisions & Dimensions
- Propose security measures to the Management
- Implement revised security control measures
Qualifications & Experience
- Min Bachelor's Degree in any studies
- At least 5 years relevant experience

- Security industry knowledge
- Knowledge in latest security related technologies
- Networking skills
- Writing and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in developing security plans
- Willingness to work at odd hours and to be on-call to response to incident 24/7
- Ability to work independently and under stressful conditions
- Processes Class 3 or equivalent Driving License issued in Singapore
