Regional Finance Transformation Lead (Woodlands)

The Regional Finance Transformation Lead will drive and execute financial transformation initiatives, working closely with the local Country Directors and Finance teams to improve financial processes, systems, and operations globally. The ideal candidate would be a Finance Controller or Director who has experiences in finance transformation, project management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels. Client Details Our client is an European MNC that specializes in manufacturing and distributing electronic components, and has presence in parts of Europe, US and Asia. They are looking for a Regional Finance Transformation Lead to drive finance excellence across their Singapore and China offices and plants. The Regional Finance Transformation Lead will drive and execute financial transformation initiatives, working closely with the local Country Directors and Finance teams to improve financial processes, systems, and operations globally. The ideal candidate would be a Finance Controller or Director who has experiences in finance transformation, project management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across all levels. Description As a standalone Regional Finance Transformation Controller you will be responsible for leading and executing the financial transformation initiatives for the organization. You will work closely with the local Managing Directors and local Finance Teams to identify opportunities for improving their finance operational processes and systems within Asia. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the financial transformation projects to achieve measurable business outcomes and benefitsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial processes, systems, and operationsIdentify areas of improvement in our financial processes, systems, operationsRecommend and implement changes to achieve efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with the overall strategic goals of the organizationWork closely with the CFO and other key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving financial operations globallyConduct analysis to identify opportunities to improve financial performance and provide recommendations for process improvement and optimizationDevelop and implement plans to mitigate risks associated with financial transformation initiativesMonitor and report progress on financial transformation initiatives to stakeholders and senior managementAssist with the budgeting process by setting up cost prices and linking them to markets/customersServe as a finance subject matter expert for the ERP system and support financial operations across the region ProfileBachelor's degree in Accounting or any related fieldOver ten years of experience in finance operations, finance change management, process improvement or related rolesCurrent or past experience working in a Finance Controlling/Directorship or Head of Finance capacity will be highly beneficialIndustry experience within manufacturing and plant controllershipStrong understanding of financial processes, systems and operationsPrior experience in regional business decision making for large-scale processesExcellent project management skills with experience leading transformation projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionGood exposure with manufacturing and supply chain processesPast experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAPNavision experience with BI tools will be highly beneficial Job OfferCollaborative environment with direct access to the top stakeholdersChance to make a huge impact in the global organizationRegional exposure and opportunities To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
