My Queen is the 1st prenatal and postpartum wellness centre located in Sentosa, supported by a medical team. We aspire to provide prenatal and postpartum care for our quintessential women, to empower and support modern women in their maternal journey.
We strive to educate our mummies on topics varying from breast care to infant care. Marrying modern knowledge and traditional cultural insights by maternal-infant experts, we would like to deliver a blended maternal care model that emphasizes parental bonding and positive emotional wellbeing. The Role:
As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you must be a tech savvy individual who has a desire for marketing and a passion for the latest technology to more effectively engage our prospects and customers.
You will be involved in the ideation, planning, implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns, while also being a strong advocate for My Queen’s vision and mission, and a passionate role-model in women’s wellbeing.

Sales & Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo etc.)
- Be fluent in both English and Mandarin to manage our company’s bilingual website.
- Launch optimized online advertisements through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online blogs and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Improve user experience in the company’s website
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Cold calling to potential customers; closing sales and working with the customers through the closing process;
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meeting or exceeding annual sales goals; and
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
A successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a digital Executive or in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Good knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Experience with creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Has obtained a Diploma or above in marketing or relevant field
