Main tasks / activities / responsibilities
- - Preparation of inspection report for submission to authority
- - Coordinate with external vendors for costings and quotations
- - Coordinate with external vendors and arrangement of meetings / discussion
- - Attend to meetings and preparation of meeting minutes, summary, and follow up actions
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft applications such as word, excel, powerpoint
Able to work independently with a good working attitude, willing to learn
Attention to detail and good organisation skills
Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred
