  • Working Location: 1 Marine Parade Central Parkway Centre #06-07 Singapore 449408
  • Working day and time: 9:00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: $3000 - $5000

About us:

We are expanding! We are looking for team members who have a passion for sales and excellent customer service. Main duties:

  • Handle the full spectrum of Recruitment.
  • Prepare job advertisement, screening and shortlist candidate.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding activities.
  • Issuing of other letters such as confirmation, termination, and warnings
  • All Ministry of Manpower related queries included Issuing / charge / renewal / appeal and termination work pass.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including medical claims, and inquiries.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance, accuracy, timely delivery and training staff.
  • Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities
  • Responsible for scheduling meeting, calendar management as well as prepare documents (meeting PPT, reports etc.)
  • Implement Training and Development program to employees.
  • Organise events, lunches/dinners, or meetings
  • Handling general administrative duties, such as expenses claim, documentation etc.
  • Coordinate internal staff and external parties to ensure effective communication
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned


Requirements

  • Atleast 3 years and above of experience in HR roles.
  • Previous experience in Education Industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred.
  • Familiar with HR processes and employment laws is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
