IT Manager

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing our client's information technology infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of technical expertise and management acumen.
• This position requires someone who can effectively balance hands-on technical responsibilities with strategic management tasks, with a focus on setting up and maintaining cloud technologies, Wi-Fi routers, POS systems, and other IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of cloud technologies to optimize efficiency and scalability.
2. Manage the setup and maintenance of Wi-Fi routers, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across the client's organization.
3. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of POS systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.

Management:

1. Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the client's goals and objectives.
2. Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, ensuring the timely and effective completion of projects.
3. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that enhance overall productivity.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

1. Foster effective communication channels between the IT department, stakeholders, and end-users at the client's organization.
2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the client to understand their requirements and expectations.
3. Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of IT initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development:

1. Mentor and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
2. Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members.
3. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a hands-on technical role with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies, Wi-Fi routers, and POS systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing IT teams and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
