Position Description:
The Client Services Manager acts as a primary business contact between the client and the company. The CSM builds and maintains business relationship to encourage new and repeated business opportunities. The CSM is expected to meet the client’s need and communicate it and ensure the completion of it.
Responsibilities:
- Establish professional relationships with the assigned customer accounts.
- Understanding of company’s product service, and effectively communicate the available offerings to the client.
- To assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Contract renewals for an existing client.
- Responsible for all client communications.
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the team.
- Prepare proposal, handle invoices and responsible for payment collections.
- Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within the project.
- Communicates the client's interests to the team.
- Provide regular two-way communication between the client and the company
- Prepare weekly reports on calls and other activities to the immediate manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma holders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application and network
- Motivated, goal oriented and a skilled negotiator
- Excellent in Account Management skills to maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Minimum 1 year of Account management experience
- Ability to manage time and prioritize in effective manner
- Pro-active and self-driven
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
