1. Handling full set of accounts, carrying out the responsibilities of accounting duties such as data compilation, bookkeeping, quarterly GST submission, corporate tax computation including tax filing Form C/C-S, prepare monthly management accounts, yearly financial report, or assist in monthly/annual budgeting and planning process.
2. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing daily email, issuing invoices, collections etc. Carrying out the responsibilities of accounting duties such as accounts receivable, claims or other accounting/admin tasks.
3. Handle inventory including stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
4. Assisting with product registration, tenders, audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
5. Undertake special assignments and perform any ad-hoc task assigned by Finance Manager.
Education Qualifications Required for this Role:
- Minimum Degree in any field
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial and supervisory role.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Knowledge of the industry [e.g., healthcare] is advantageous.
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Positive attitude, meticulous and someone with initiative
- Hardworking, fast learner, able to work multi-task and independently.
