Job Summary
Process make-up pay claims to ensure that payments are processed in accordance with the stipulated policies and guidelines so that claimants are compensated fairly, consistently and timely.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
1) Performance Management – Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators that are aligned to the organisation’s overall strategic objectives.
2) Operation Management – Process claims to ensure make-up pay payments are timely and accurate and in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines.
3) Customer Service – Execute the customer service support initiatives to deliver a highly professional standard of service to customers.
4) Claims Consultancy – Provide guidance to the claimants on complex claims & deviation cases regularly to ensure consistency, fairness and prudence in decisions made.
5) Customer Communication – Execute the communication programs to shape the behaviour of employers/NSmen and guide servicemen in their claims processing.
