Reporting to: Regional Country Manager
Interaction with: Organization managers and GM Sales
Industries: Electronics, Transport, Logistics, Aerospace, Hospitality
Responsibilities:
- Active canvassing for new customer base
- Achievement of agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Pre-sales activities to ensure a healthy pipeline and good closure rate, with occasional post-sales activities as required
- Managing the sales cycle, including sales quotations, order confirmation, purchase requisition, delivery (urgent cases), occasional installation, and payment collection
Skills/Requirements:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and convincingly propose relevant solutions that meet their needs
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills to engage existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Positive work attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement through feedback
- Basic IT knowledge in Telecommunication, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in both software and technical skills
- Good presentation skills
- Project management experience
Qualification:
- Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field
Working Schedule:
- 5 days per week
