Job Description
1 Manage Supermarket portal for listing of new products and promotion.
2 Generate DO / Invoice from Supermarket Portal and retail market
3 Track and shipment arrival and prepare shipping document.
4 Responds to client concern by phone, fax, email.
5 Maintains files systems and database of sales records.
6 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1-2 years relevant proficiency in sales & marketing
Proficiency in supermarket online portal and MS Office Tools
Bilingual, able to handle Chinese documents.
Preparing of D/O, invoices for forwarder submission of inwards, export permit.
Bilingual in English, Mandarin to communicate with multilingual speaking customers.
