Responsibilities
- To champion and liaise with production personnel on the investigation of root cause(s) of non-conformance and procedural failures
- Writing Quality Control plans & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) as per contractual requirements, API and licensors’ requirements
- To prepare, review & approve Quality Documentations such as drawings, first piece, in-process & final inspection reports prior to product release to customers
- To conduct audit, process inspection on sub-contract suppliers and maintenance of Approved Vendor List (AVL)
- In addition to these duties/responsibilities employee is required to carry out all additional duties as & when directed & required by QHSE manager
Requirements
- Min Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years related experience within production environment (desirable)
- Relevant Industrial Quality Training Certification
