We are looking for a capable and motivated individual to join us as Finance / Billing Analyst to support our boutique practice.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing billing and finance support
- Preparing client invoices and filing invoices in client's e-billing systems
- Preparing expense and disbursement claims
- Maintaining the firm's financial records
- Assisting with the firm's GST filings
- Assisting with the firm's corporate tax filings
Requirements:
- Prior experience handling the above responsibilities in a law firm
- Prior experience with billing and practice management systems/software
- Higher Nitec, GCE 'O', 'A' levels or Diploma
- Prior experience working for partners or directors in a law firm preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- To be in the office during office hours, or as agreed (we are open to discussing alternative hours / working arrangements)
