Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the planning and execution of the company’s compliance matrix alongside senior management
- Minimally conduct work reviews e.g. corporate cover pages, policy illustrations, product summary and agency documents etc.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to juniors
- Undertake any other projects or duties as directed
Requirements:
- Min. 6 – 8 years’ experience in regulatory compliance
- Exposure to the insurance industry, strong knowledge of insurance law
- Experienced in executing compliance matrix in an insurer or financial services firm
- Possess a collaborative team player mindset
