As an AI Project Manager, you will lead and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment phases of our software features.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and objectives addressable through AI and machine learning.
- Engage with knowledge workers to ensure usability and user interface needs are incorporated in system design.
End-to-End Project Management:
- Provide comprehensive project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Participate in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, and Implementation.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Assess feasibility of AI solutions considering technical, financial, and resource constraints.
- Identify potential risks associated with AI projects and develop mitigation strategies, monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Engagement:
- Build rapport with clients, ensuring accurate project delivery as per requirements.
- Prioritize AI projects based on impact on business objectives, ROI, and alignment with organizational goals.
Innovation and Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Requirements:
- Over 4 years of project management experience, demonstrating successful end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Working knowledge of JIRA software.
- Proven experience in AI-related projects, with a strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data science.
