To perform office administrative duties:-
1) To generate and filing of invoices using TRADPAC daily.
2) To assist in checking of stock for deliver/return of stock.
3) To assist logistics support/stock intake and to check and tally orders.
4) To assist and support the sales team.
5) To handle in-coming calls and enquiries with competence.
6) To possess Computer Science Web Technology digital skills and IT knowledge.
7) To assist with in-house designs of marketing materials for company webpage and others.
8) Competent with Microsoft Office Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
9) Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
10) Minimum Qualification – Diploma holders or above.
11) Meticulous, Team Player, Positive Attitude and Able to Multi Tasks.
12) To work in a fast-paced environment.
