Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to a team.
· Assist in organizing company events.
· Provide travel and accommodation arrangements support.
· Answer telephone calls and take down messages carefully when the needs arise.
· Meet and greet clients and visitors cheerfully.
· Sign for, distribute DHL/Fed Ex/SF packages and arrange for delivery of goods to local and global contacts whenever the need arises.
· Perform all duties assigned with a positive attitude, exercising responsible initiative and diligence.
· Other ad hoc duties arranged by Manager.
Requirements
· Diploma holders and above
· Good analytical and communication skills
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Self-motivated
· Attention to details
· Proficient in MS Office
· Fluent in Mandarin and English so that can liaise with Chinese parties
