Housekeeping Manager
Highlights:

Rotating Shift: 7am – 3pm OR 3pm – 11pm. - AWS + Performance Bonus
The Challenges:
- Organize and supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas are well-maintained for the comfort of guests.
- Plan resources, allocate work assignments, supervise cleaning activities, inspect the rooms and monitor the turnover of rooms to uphold the highest level of cleanliness and efficiency of the team.
- Look into escalated guest concerns and implement improvement, innovation and sustainability plan for the department.
- Monitor operational risks including security threats, emergency situations and the team compliance with hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
- Provide coaching to team members and managing team development needs and performance.
- Other general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
What it Takes:
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Able to work well under fast paced environment.
- Willing to work 8 hours shift including weekends and PH
