The F&B Manager will be in-charge of the restaurants in Goodwood Park, ensuring that guests have the best overall experience when dining in.
Your responsibility includes:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Analyzing and planning restaurant/function rooms sales levels and profitability.
- Manage scheduling and staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
- Planning of Restaurant Menu menus and beverage list.
- Recruitment, training, coaching and managing staff discipline.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a restaurant management setting, preferably in hotels.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and culinary trends
- Adaptable to a fast paced environment
- Passion in providing the best restaurant experience
