Job Responsibilities:
- To qualify sales inquiries by understanding customer requirements, and generate sales related documents internally and externally
- Responsible for shipping documents (import and export) with suppliers and customers
- To help sales team in daily operations and administrative work
- To follow up orders to ensure timely payment and delivery for customers
- Coordinating with warehouse team and update stock level by every month end
- To build and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers
- Working with the team to develop business plan to achieve sales target
