Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting the contract and business development team in tender / quotation bids.
- Research and Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct business presentations and negotiations with clients
- Manage portfolio of existing and potential clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
- To attend site meeting / survey when required
- Assist in the development and execution of any marketing initiatives/campaigns
- Any other duties reasonably required
Requirements
- Preferably with minimum 2years of experience in corporate offices interior fit-out works, facilities management or construction industry
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people
- Able to work independently
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Prior marketing experience is a plus
- Able to understand basic drawings by analyzing and summarizing information given to offer the quote, is a plus
