The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a French giant retailer with a global presence across 36 markets worldwide, and we are seeking a talented individual to join their business as an Assistant Manager in Supply Chain Transformation for a 6 months maternity cover! The successful candidate will be driving supply chain projects together with the leadership teams by providing project management methods and developing extensive project documentation while ensuring strong communication flow throughout for 2 major projects - warehousing and logistics (transition of carrier).

  • 6 months contract for a maternity cover, NO conversion/extension
  • Basic salary only
  • Work days/hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm, hybrid work model
  • Location: Central region

The Job:

  • Identify project steps, and milestones, and assess requests
  • Take the lead in defining scope, budget, and risks
  • Produce project deliverables and coordinate teams
  • Manage UATs, monitor KPIs, and address risks
  • Evaluate on-time, in-full project delivery and long-term benefits
  • Conduct post-mortem and handover
  • Create and manage project governance
  • Performance objectives include: timely project milestones, budget adherence, effective scope management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, relevant action plans, and key artifact generation

The Talent:

  • Minimally 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain project management, preferably in FMCG/e-commerce environment
  • Strong skills in project management tools and Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Index Match)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders locally and regionally
  • A problem-solver, meticulous and good time management skills to meet tight deadlines
