Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to sales department
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to sales inquiries and requests
  • Assist in arranging viewings and meetings with prospects
  • Issue tenancy agreement based on customers’ requirements
  • Coordinating with Operations Team in fulfilment of customer's request
  • Prepare marketing deliverables on social media channels, execution and maintenance.
  • Any other duties as assigned for the accounting function

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel etc
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual who wishes to pursue knowledge in real estate rentals
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Good coordination and communication skills
