You will

  • Secure new and retain existing contracts to ensure that revenue targets are met according to budget.
  • Prospect, present and constantly build a pipe of potential customers requiring our IFM / FM service.
  • Lead tender bids working closely with Operations, Procurement, Contracts teams from onset of tender preparation till timely submission of our tender proposal.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers and all stakeholders.
  • Conduct early engagement with targeted customers to understand their touch points, strategize the approach and design solutions before tender launch.
  • Identify and build rapport with service partners to ensure good support.
  • Sales and pipeline updates on a regular basis to management to adapt to market, regulatory and customer changes.
  • Assess potential risks on each project and propose mitigation plan to management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of IFM trend and market transformation.
  • Develop and pitch ideas to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  • Assist in timely renewal of certification as required by the relevant associations / industry.
  • Adopt best practices and strategic goals to meet revenue objectives.
  • Support team to plan, monitor, analyse and maintain project performance metrics to ensure deliveries and timely completion of task(s).
  • Provide effective team and project leadership.
  • Lead with integrity and establish a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment, while upholding organization policies and standards.
  • Provide guidance to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximise work output and work quality.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to meet company objectives through timely and regular reporting of project status, outcomes and deliverables.
  • Compilation and interpretation of sales and other management reports
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field(s).
  • Business Development experience with good networks and experience in the sectors that ENGIE is active in.
  • Ability to effectively penetrate new markets.
  • Preferably to possess tender / bid management knowledge and experience.
  • Technology and innovative solutions savvy with creativity to design and infuse solutions in proposals.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills with a flair in carrying out presentations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Decision-making, organisational, leadership skills and being a strong team player.
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
