- Company: Reputable IT Application & Software Service Provider (Actual working place will be an End-User Environment)
- Working Location: CBD Area
- Working Hours: 5 Working Days/Week (Monday – Friday) [but on Rotating Shift Arrangement: 8 AM – 5.30 & 12.30 PM – 10 PM]

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT Service Desk operation Support (L1), including but not limited to:
- Ticketing (Calls, Emails, etc.) & Reporting (Routine, Incident, etc.)
- Jira Portal Management & L1 Jira Usage Support
- Statistics Gathering & Rereporting related to Ticketing & Service Desk Activities
- Involve in Change Reviews, SOP processes & Service Desk Announcements
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Have 3 – 4 years of experience in Maintaining, Developing/ Implementing IT Systems in a Service Desk Environment
- Proficient in MS Windows Environment and with Application Support.
- Able to utilize Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) at professional level
- NITEC/ Diploma (or higher) Education level in Computer/ Telecommunication/ Computer Science or Information Technology
- Advantageous to have, but not a must have: Experienced working in Data Centre environment
