Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations and work closely with the operations team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness including processing orders, invoicing, issuance of PO, and invoices matching
  • To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks and to follow up on sales or purchasing inquiries, documentation, etc.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability and the necessary shipment documents and arrangement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and documentation.
  • To perform administrative work and maintain proper filling
  • To prepare reports, documents and any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Drive.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of people.
  • Ability to multitask, Independent and fast learner
  • Meticulous and have an eye for details
  • Ability to speak and write in Chinese as required to liaise with the China personnel for work-related matters
  • A good team player
