- Handle a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity, and yield.
- Responsible for manpower, overtime and consumables planning and perform daily pass-down meetings and escalate line issues.
- Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are observe at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in High-Tech, High-Vol Manufacturing industry.
- Able to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)
