Duties & Responsibilities:
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
- Perform periodic provisioning (i.e. Based on historical usage and future forecast, propose the replenishment level and max stock level).
- Monitor, track and report the status of all spare parts.
- Perform issuance of materials to workshop and raise purchase requisitions for materials demanded by workshop.
- Review of operation status with management on a timely and regular basis.
- Maintain good warehouse stock keeping and clean environment at all time.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
- Issue and manage all fleet and keys issue to sub-con and internal vehicle.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license (Class 4 and/or Forklift license will be an added advantage)
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
