Job Description
- Prepare quotations and provide support to the management and external sales staff.
- Team meeting reports and follow-up activities
- Maintain and update sales and customer’s records
- Generation of periodical reports, and other statistics for the Sales Department
- Arrange delivery and prepare invoices with supporting documents.
- Ad-hoc administration in other work areas as and when required/necessary
Requirements
• Diploma or higher in related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Ability to effectively communicate information
• Working knowledge and experience in SAP System (Quotation, Order Entry, Invoicing and Delivery documents).
