Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide timely and accurate Financial and Management Reporting support to line managers
• Provide accurate cash flow and coordinate the intercompanies payments and receipts within the same business
• Support Head of Finance in the implementation of internal controls.
• Manage yearly audit, tax and budget exercise
• Oversee the Reporting Team and supervise GL/FA team daily
• Align work processes for entities within the team to achieve consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, ACCA level 3 or equivalent with CPA certification
• At least 5 years’ of working experience in handling full set accounts and management reporting, preferably a minimum of 2 years in managerial position
• Familiar with Financial reporting standards (FRS), accounting principles, Singapore tax knowledge, BPC
• Strong in SAP Financials modules & excel preferred
• Possesses strong leadership and people management skills, commercial acumen and resilience, analytical mind and communication skills
• Able to work alone and in teams under stress and meet challenging deadlines
