RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate primarily assists in implementation of initiatives and development plans that are congruent with the organisations goals and the needs of the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
- Handle general office administration tasks such as answering phones, intake, filing documents, and ordering office supplies
- Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, or newsletters to promote the organizations mission and services to community
- Provide support in event planning which includes preparing invitations and registering guests
- Assist in monitoring programme results to ensure that objectives are being met
- Track programme expenditure to ensure it is within the budget
- Assist in ensuring KPIs (both internal and external) will be met within the timeline as per funding agencies requirement
- Provide support in preparing required information for annual service reports
- Manage databases of service users and other stakeholders
- Work with volunteers on executing effective programmes
- Provide any other support as assigned/required
- Possess Diploma in any discipline from an accredited institution
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in assisting events or programmes design, planning and implementation will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
