We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Italian and/or Japanese cuisine and a keen interest in fusion cooking. You will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to our mission of delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Lead a team and assist a chef
- Prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese and Italian-Japanese fusion dishes with precision and flair.
- Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard and in line with our restaurant's concept.
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
- Create a menu with the chef.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of western or Italian, or Japanese cook experience
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude
Working hours
- 5 to 5.5 days a week,
- 44 hours a week + OT( 8 hours on average)
- Split Shift
