Job Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive in the Molecular Diagnostic Industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, expanding market presence, and fostering client relationships. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting our molecular diagnostic solutions and ensuring their adoption in clinical settings.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Product Promotion:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote our molecular diagnostic products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/graphic design team to create content highlighting the unique features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide the graphic design team the up to date and relevant to our product information for our website/social media news postings.

2. Client Engagement:

  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders in clinical laboratories, hospitals, and research institutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with distribution partners, addressing their specific needs and challenges.

3. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Generate and deliver compelling presentations and sales collateral to showcase the value of our products
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

4. Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in molecular diagnostics.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product development and business expansion.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing roles within the molecular diagnostic industry, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Data-driven sales/marketing person, who thrives on setting and exceeding sales targets, analyzing market research, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • In-depth understanding of molecular diagnostic technologies and their applications.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to a diverse audience.
  • Optimistic, ice-breaking personality is a plus. Won’t be turned down by the rejection of potential clients.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
