- Work with Aftersales Sales Manager / CSS to support RFQs
- Responsible for coordinating with Buyer, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Finance and Logistics Department to ensure necessary tools, equipment and spare parts are ordered and made available during lifecycle of the project.
- Liaise with CRO shop to provide detail teardown report and final costing to Planning Manager before submission to ASM / CSS.
- Track and communicate status updates to the relevant department to ensure project timeline is met.
- Liaise with customers to define SOW and ensure that their requirements are met per scope of work.
- Issue Work Pack in manual form as well as RAMCO work pack and issuance of Material Request (MR) in RAMCO for the timely order of the necessary parts for the CRO and MRO projects
- Issue PO request to procurement for the items that need to be send out to external vendor for repair / exchange or outright purchases as well as to vendor for NDT and surface treatment
- Update relevant departments on the various phases of the project and identify any delays that may affect schedule of project.
- Provide teardown report, in co-ordination with CRO shop to ASM / CSS
- Liaise with MRO / CRO to determine labor cost estimates and report the manhours and cost of the project by updating Accounts Department.
- Analyze project data to identify trends & deficiencies and to implement improvements to standard procedures.
- Track relevant KPI for CRO work from start to end
- Complete other various tasks/projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Business/Aviation
- Minimum 3 years experience in Aerospace Industry (MRO)
- Experience in dealing SOW and cost estimates
- Familiar with SAP/MRP/RAMCO and CRM/MS Project
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
