Job Description:
- Provide on-site supervision for civil, demolition and building structural construction works and ensure works carried out in accordance with the contract specifications and regulations, such as Building Control Act & Regs and Workplace Safety & Health Act & Regs.
- Inspect materials and workmanship.
- Supervising together with RE on various aspect of the project including demolition, ERSS, backfilling works, cut & fill and all others related works.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Read and interpret drawings and details of projects.
- Review MOS, RA and Request for Inspection form from the Builder; carry out inspection and provide standing supervision for the demolition and ERSS works.
- Ensure all required forms to be filled up properly by Builder's representative before work commence.
- Ensure all required permits granted by authorities including BCA, NPark, LTA, PUB before allow the Builder to proceed with the works.
Requirements:
- The Resident Technical Officer (Civil) shall have at least 5 year of relevant engineering experience including supervision of demolition/construction work.
- Accredited as Resident Technical Officer by IES/ACES.
