JOB PURPOSE:
- In charge of transactional banking business of SEA branches including Singapore Branch, Vietnam Branch and India Branch
- To supervise and assist in daily jobs of the Product Sales team
- To assist product managers in designing and developing new products for local market
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Co-work with product team in headquarters and Business Units to set up target of the team and ensure the achievement
- Understanding Transactional Banking business in different markets and formulate product marketing strategies
- Leveraging CTBC’s network to promote cross border deals/transactions
- To ensure Product Sales team operates smoothly
- To assist Product Sales / Relationship Manager in raising product gap/development needs for each market to product manager in headquarters
- To visit customers with relationship managers and promote Cash Management & Trade Finance products.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Leading the team to work efficiently and smoothly
- Able to cooperate with Business Units closely and communicate with the head office product team smoothly
- Equipped with product knowledge and familiar with Transactional Banking market
- May deal with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and documents. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential
