Diploma
A specialist Diploma in M&E Co-ordination is preferred
Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.,
Experience in the M&E field will be an advantage
Coordinate amongst various stakeholders at the worksite to ensure work alignment.
Ensure the progress of work is on schedule.
Enforce all safety regulations on-site to ensure works are performed safely.
Enforce and manage the permit-to-work system at site(s).
Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.
Inspect materials that are delivered on-site to ensure adherence to specifications.
Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.
Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.
Comply with all QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standards for site works on site(s).
Any related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
