Our Firmwide Corporate Services unite to help build our competitive advantage with first class support internally. Spanning Administration, Business Development, Chairman’s Office, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Operations and Change Management, and Technology, we power our lines of services to make sure all of us have the right sources, services and technology to be the best we can be.

How will you value-add?
- Deliver upon PwC’s People-Value Proposition to Polytechnics, Universities & Institutions of Higher Learning through the use of Events, Roadshows, Career Fairs & Special Programmes
- Manage the Talent Acquisition Events & Programmes calendar & drive strategic ideation and design of firmwide Talent Acquisition Programmes (i.e designing the selection matrix for the optimal recruitment channels and recruitment sources)
- Implement & coordinate University recruiting initiatives & ensure consistent participation in Campus Programmes
- Maintain relationships with Education Partners & identify programmes and opportunities to meet the hiring needs of the firm
- Ensure proactive communication to relevant stakeholders on Talent Acquisition Programmes and Events (inclusive of project timeline and progress status)
- Work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team in enhancing the existing recruitment processes and service quality
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in any of the following areas: High Volume Campus Recruitment, Project Management & Execution, Account Management
- Business partnering experience with the hiring community, and able to drive strong stakeholder engagement with regards to talent
- Creative thinker who is able to provide innovative & value-added solutions to existing challenges
- Comfortable working in a highly complex & matrix business environment
- Previous experience in University Relations would be an an added advantage
