- Working Hours: 5 days, (Mon – Fri; Office Hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students with unique learning needs in a mainstream classroom setting.
- Ensure that the assigned student accesses the curriculum and engages with peers.
- Adapt lesson materials and develop strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
- Monitor students’ progress, performance, and physical health.
- Build strong relationships with the student and equip them with skills for effective communication, self-regulation, and meta-cognition.
- Work together with mainstream teachers to share insights, adapt lesson plans, and ensure the student’s success.
- Support classroom management and administrative tasks when required.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to provide updates, gather insights, and ensure a holistic approach to learning.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for the student.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, flexibility, and adaptability in the role.
- Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending professional trainings conducted by the school.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Preferably with experience working with special needs students.
