Job Description
1. Process daily orders, create shipping labels/documents and arrange shipment with logistics partners.
2. Track, trace and update statuses of outgoing shipments.
3. Arrange marine insurance for shipments.
4. Verify invoices, maintain payment records including related verification.
5. Attend and reply to customers' enquiries.
6. Maintain proper log records of inventory movements and count.
7. Liaise with colleagues in China/USA for payments, shipment and related matters.
8. Assist in other administration as and when needed.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
2. Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
3. Highly meticulous working style and have any eye for detail and ability to identity discrepancies.
4. Able to work independently and has self-initiative to do what needs to be done without being prompted.
5. Able to multi task in a fast pace environment.
6. Basic bookkeeping and arithmetic ablilities.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Able to communicate in Mandarin fluently with China colleagues will be of advantage.
9. Able to commence work within short notice.
