Key Tasks:
- Process incoming and outgoing customer’s orders
- Follow up on customer’s requests and scheduled orders
- Liaise with warehouse on picking and packing matters
- Generate picking lists and delivery orders for warehouse and transport departments
- Response to customer’s complaints
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
- Check with the relevant stakeholders if there’s any discrepancy in the orders
Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum ITE NITEC / Higher NITEC in Logistics / Administration studies
- At least 1 year of related experience in the same capacity
- Able to commit OT, including alternate weekend duties
- Able to execute the tasks independently
