- Carry out technical and feasibility studies.
- Source for quotations and rates from suppliers and contractors.
- Participate in the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents and cost analysis.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze and evaluate project specifications and drawings to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
- Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
- Prepare plans, budgets, Bills of Quantities, and other documents.
- Submit quotations, handle progress claims and progress payments, Variation Orders (VO) and finalize accounts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Possess work experience in civil/mechanical engineering.
