Job Description
· Ensure conformance to operational SOP and Health, Safety, and environmental laws and regulations at all times.
· Supervise and whenever required personally.
· Provide on-the-job training to their crew/team when necessary.
· Ensure discipline and harmony among crew/team.
· Liaise, coordinate, and communicate with customers on work-in-progress and provide satisfactory solutions to meet their needs and dateline.
· Attend on-site meeting customer meetings to resolve technical issues and proposed solutions.
· Writing and complying with monthly work reports for evaluation.
