Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all functions within the Coffee Shop.
- Supervise staff and schedule duty roster.
- Manage all staffing issues, including hiring decisions.
- Evaluate the performance of all staff and tenants within the Coffee Shop.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- To oversee outlets operations and ensure that all SOPs are strictly complied with.
- Plan staffing schedules and resolve all outlet operational issues.
- Review service standards and product offerings to increase sales and minimize costs.
- Identify market trends and develop new ideas to stay ahead of competition.
- Work closely with functional support departments to align with strategic business objectives.
- Develop annual budget, monthly sales target, and track monthly KPIs.
- Drive process improvements across all outlets for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Build close relationships with front-line staff, outlet tenants, cleaning partners, landlords’ ops team and government agencies to facilitate smooth operations.
- Lead and motivate Outlet Staff and Operations Executive in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve employees' disciplinary issues and outlet manpower needs.
- Develop a sound and strong working relationship with all outlet staff and to develop their maximum potential.
- Any other related operational issues and projects as and when required.
