The Facilities Coordinator for office moving role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of office relocation projects. This includes planning and executing the move, coordinating with vendors and contractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring a smooth transition for employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Salary up to $4,000
Location: Telok Ayer
Working Hours: Mon-Fri ( 8.30am - 6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of office relocation projects, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine logistical requirements and identify potential challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as IT, HR, and Operations, to ensure seamless transition of equipment, furniture, and personnel.
- Communicate with employees and key stakeholders to provide updates on the relocation process and address any concerns or questions.
- Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations
- Work with the ACS Team and ensure access control systems, surveillance cameras, and any other security measures to safeguard the office are up and functioning.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans for HVAC systems, elevators, and other facilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role, specifically in office relocation projects
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
- Physical ability to conduct site visits and perform light lifting and moving tasks, as needed.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
