Responsibilities:
- Assist in checking exam answer scripts.
- Support the verification of documents and validation of data via email, and zoom. This ensures efficient handling of the influx of applications. All applications to be attended to within 3 working days, so as to turnaround the offer timeline, and improve on conversion.
- To administer Payment Installments via System and communicate with students
- To assist with STP, Contract, and Payment communication, follow-up
- To assist with Info session registration, student data collation and communication dissemination
- To assist with administration, supporting the department work, until the vacant staff positions have been filled
- Other adhoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- GCE A level and above.
- Applicants must not know anyone studying in SIMGE programmes due to conflict of interest.
- Administrative and customer service experience preferred, as it will be customer facing
- Preferably with some accounting related experience e.g.. invoicing, billing, payment collection etc
- Preferably temp to start immediately and comfortable interacting with students (backend channels such as phone/email)
