Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and lead a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers to achieve the team sales target.
- Responsible for Know Your Clients, adhering to compliance procedures and maintaining a high awareness of operational risk to minimize the likelihood of occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the bank’s framework.
- Understand client needs, develop and maintain client relationship and conclude client’s deals efficiently.
- Maintain excellent account management, coordinating with product partners and colleagues locally and overseas
- Ensuring proper documentation, liaising with compliance and risk approver, where appropriate and execute the provisions effectively.
- Manage, oversee and control the sales team and business activities in compliance with the internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Managing client queries and problem resolution in timely manner, liaising with risk management, operations and compliance locally and overseas.
- To effectively handle other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Master or Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any relevant discipline
- Min. 10 years' experience in banking/financial institutions
- Possess leadership qualities, able to guide, motivate and mentor junior team members
- Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
