About the role
We are looking for an experienced Content Designer to design experiences through language for various services across our superapp. You’re someone who has exceptional UX writing abilities and a user-centric approach. You’ve got excellent time management and prioritization skills, so delivering great quality work on time is never an issue. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities are a given for you.
Responsibilities
● Take responsibility for and manage the day-to-day delivery of projects you’re assigned to
● Ensure that your work is error-free, adheres to our content style guide, and meets required timelines
● Collaborate with a working team of product designers, product managers, researchers, product marketing managers and other functions to deliver against objectives
● Coordinate with content operations and localisation specialists to prepare work for development
Requirements
● Native English speaker, or at least outstanding proficiency in English
● 5+ years of relevant experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an agile fashion
● Able to make effective content decisions which aligns with both user needs and business objectives
● Able to support and communicate your decisions with solid, compelling rationales
● Able to communicate well and collaborate remotely if needed
● Comfortable working with design tools such as Figma
● Experience working in e-commerce, financial services, or tech startup environments
● Background in communications, design, social sciences, humanities, or any writing-related field
