Job Description
· Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other disciplines
· Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
· Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction
· Supervise day-to-day site works
· Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD) and penetration drawing and coordinate with the BIM team
· Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site
· Planning of Electrical activities to initiate at site
· Managing and leading team members, allocating resources among team members and guiding team members during the project, till final delivery
· Expertise in all HVAC Installation & Testing
Requirements
· Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum (Degree-5 & Diploma-8) Years Experience in construction field (Powerplant)
· Motivated, responsible with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure
· Willing to work at Construction Site
· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook
